1. About AssignX

AssignX connects you with vetted experts who complete tasks you delegate, with a supervisor overseeing quality. A supervisor is your only point of contact.

2. Using the service

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to attempt to identify or contact the experts who work on your tasks.

3. Payments

You pay the quoted price for a task. Funds are held pending your approval and released to the expert and supervisor on approval. Discounts and referral credits reduce the platform fee only.

4. Content and originality

Deliverables are provided for your use. Originality reports are provided as a quality check.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are handled per the refund policy communicated at the time of the task.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date are always shown on this page, and we record your acceptance of each version.
